Prices

Shipping and additional charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, order contents and shipping method. International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these import charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are your responsibility. See our shipping information for details.

Payment methods and timing

Online payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary according to your location and other factors. Payment is captured automatically at checkout when you place your order. The date funds are debited from your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider's terms.

Order processing and delivery

In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–12 business days after your order confirmation email is sent. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Order processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customs, weather, carrier circumstances and other factors may cause delays.

Preorders are scheduled for dispatch based on the release date stated on each product page. Release dates and estimated dispatch dates may change because of manufacturer or distribution circumstances. We will notify you of significant delays using the email address provided with your order. If your order includes both in-stock items and preorders, shipment timing may depend on the preorder items. Contact us before ordering if you need separate shipments. Return conditions and deadline

For eligible items, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our refund policy, including being unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Your refund may be reduced if an item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary. Any exclusions stated on the product page or elsewhere at the time of purchase apply.

Contact us before returning an item. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping

Return shipping is free for returns accepted under our refund policy, and we will provide a return label. Returns resulting from refused delivery, an incorrect address, unpaid import charges or similar circumstances differ from ordinary returns and may incur charges under our shipping policy.

Refunds and cancellations

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

To request cancellation or removal of items from an order, contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Acceptance depends on our refund policy and applicable law.
